The form will automatically be submitted to the Board for approval. You may NOT commence work on your proposed improvement or addition until you have received the approval to proceed.
Make sure you understand you cannot proceed with work until your project is approved.
Please be advised that Torrey Pines Assocation will NOT be responsible for any damages that occur from the proposed improvement.
